What are Northeast Controls' hours of operation?

Each of our (3) sales offices are open 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.  We are closed on weekends, holidays, and during lunch from 12 pm - 1 pm EST.  When we are closed, you can dial by name to leave a message for your contact.

 

Who do I contact for assistance after working hours or on weekends for emergencies?

For 24 x 7 emergency assistance after working hours, or on weekends, you may contact our answering service by dialing: (518)-292-0356 or (888)-393-8284.  Based on the nature of your need, a service fee may be applied to accommodate your emergency.  After hours support rates will be quoted to you over the phone.

Does Northeast Controls offer training classes or seminars?

What are the terms of sale for Northeast Controls?

Northeast Controls' standard payment terms are net 30 days.  Any exceptions require approval by the President of Northeast Controls.  Northeast Controls' Terms and Conditions will be sent to you with each quotation provided.
