For customers located in Northeast Controls’ geographic territory, we offer Emergency/After Hours Service and Support, 24/7, by calling us at:

This Emergency/After Hours Support Service is available after 5pm EST on weekdays, and after 5pm EST on Fridays through 8am EST on Monday, and on holidays.
Your call will be handled by an experienced and certified Northeast Controls’ Field Service Engineer that can check inventory or resource availability and get you the parts or service you need to assist you in those emergency situations.
Emergency After Hours Support can include Control Valve Support and Service (includes access to Fisher OEM parts, Fisher Control Valve Assemblies, and Fisher Control Valve Repair Services) as well as Control System Support and Service (includes access to DeltaV and PROVOX components, DeltaV and PROVOX Hardware Troubleshooting, DeltaV and PROVOX Networking Services, and Configuration Support. Service Fees may apply for your Emergency/After Hours Support Needs.
