The employees and management of Northeast Controls are committed to being the premier local supplier of process control and automation solutions by providing outstanding customer service through our continuous commitment to operational excellence, superior engineering, and technical expertise. Northeast Controls maintains ISO9001:2008 Certification, and as part of our Quality Management System we conduct annual surveys of our customers to measure our performance to your business needs and expectations.
In 2010, we are pleased to report that 190 customers responded to Northeast Controls' Customer Satisfaction Survey. A summary of our 2010 Customer Survey Results is found below:
- Over 96% of our customers responded they were either "Very Satisfied" or "Somewhat Satisfield" with the ease of reaching a Northeast Controls Salesperson or Engineer.
- Over 94% of our customers indicated that they were "Very Satisfied" or "Somewhat Satisfied" with Northeast Controls' ability to provide them with innovative solutions to their needs and requirements.
- Over 93% of our customers indicated they were "Very Satisfied" or "Somewhat Satisfied"with Northeast Controls meeting our commitments, and
- Over 94% also indicated that they were likely to recommend Northeast Controls to a friend or colleague.
Over 100 customers also took the time to also comment on Northeast Controls performance. When questioned on what would they tell a friend or colleague about Northeast Controls, customers commented:
